What model PB has 300Mhz proc?

A friend has a PB w/ these specs:
1999 Mac PowerBook
300 MHz
8 Gig drive
128 RAM

Can anyone tell me what this model is called?

That'd be a Wallstrett II (or revision B) model.

Wallstreet I was 233, 250, and 292 if I recall correctly, and then WallstreetII (introduced in September of 1998) was 233, 266, and 300. They were replaced in May of 1999 by the Lombard Powerbooks at 333Mhz and 400Mhz.

Right on the money vasu, another quick test would be to check the cache size in the system profiler. Wallstreet II 300 models had 1mb of L2 cache. As well, only the Wallstreet II models were capable of displaying multiple resolutions. Check the moniters control panel for this.
