Hey, I'm looking to get a full-sized iPod soon. I was wondering if anyone knows when they'll be updated next? Should I wait for a bit, just to see?

i read somewhere they are planning on relaeasing the ipod with bluetooth soon.....i would wait until after the wwdc starting the week of june 6th.......

I too have been wondering if any new iPod models have been rumoured. If nothing is released at WWDC, when's the next chance that the iPod line could be updated? I'm *this* close to buying the 30GB iPod Photo, but I keep thinking that as soon as I do they'll release a better model the day after.

Sweet! I was hoping sooner than later. I thought a September release would be more likely, but it looks like I'm wrong. I'm glad I am, because this iPod has gone from paranoid to schizophrenic. Hell, I can't even get stuff to update anymore. It always stops on one song in every playlist. When it does, I get the high-pitches squeal of horror. It is second only to the click of death on a zip drive. I mean, I can spend 6 hours trying (I did) and still get nothing.

Well, in the never-ending treadmill called "Life", here's another rumor-related news article about the next release of the iPod Mini (new 6GB and 8 GB configurations) and the iPod Shuffle (new 2GB and 4GB configurations) coming this Fall.
If you can't wait, get one now. Otherwise, wait for the next one, be disappointed, and wait again for the next, next cycle.
If we keep waiting for the next big thing, we'll never get one.....
