Hi all. I was wondering....I have two Macs, an iMac and a MBP, both Intel with Leopard. I'd like to upgrade to Quicktime Pro, but would I have to buy two of them or could I purchase one registration code and upgrade both machines? If I had to only pick one machine I'd put it on my iMac but it would be nice to be able to use it on the go without having to pay for it twice...anyone know?
Mac Mini G4 1.33 Ghz:40GBhf, 512MBRAM, 32MBVRAM
MBP 15.4' 2.33Ghz:160GBhd, 2GBRAM, 256MBVRAM
iMac 24' 2.4 Ghz, 300GBhd, 2GBRAM, 256MBVRAM
80GB iPod Classic (black)

You do need to purchase it for both Macs.

It's time to make QuickTime Pro free already. Let's cut out the nonsense - how much revenue could it possibly generate anyway? When is the last time new features were added to Pro? Years, I think. Those features should be available out of the box; there's no other software that Apple bundles but restricts like QuickTime.

Nothing's going to stop you from using it on two Macs, but you'll be violating the license agreement.

Didn't Apple recently add more "Pro" features into the standard QT?

It's also years since Apple asked for an upgrade fee for QuickTime Pro.

I assume they charge for QuickTime Pro due to licensing of the codecs included.
