I've never had a problem working with the CLI version of FAH, but recently I have noticed that whenever I want to open a new terminal window, the FAH client is automatically started!?!?!?
Any ideas?....

I'm not clear on what you mean. If you open a new Terminal window, do you see an instance of Folding start up in the window ... or do you mean that you open a new Terminal, run top, and see Folding already running in the background?
