I thought it might be 100000 Quatloos.
Shahna was representing them, BTW.

I've driven by that house many times; it's an awful house in an awful location, lots of traffic.

They would have made a lot more money had they sold it before the drive section was detached from the saucer section...

Looks more "Lost in Space" than Star Trek.

Confirmed. $135000 reported in the news.

What do you mean by "lots of traffic"? Cars back and forth on a big throughway at 3 am keeping people awake? Or just local residential street? Also, what do other houses go for in that area? The reason I ask is because outside of Toronto in the middle of nowhere, even a cottage property with no access to a lake at all and not even access to gas hookup or electricity will go for $100000 (with a reasonable chunk of land), so to us a complete 3-level house with all the fixins in town is uber cheap at $135000.
Yeah, I know there is no comparison this way, but I'm just saying I have no frame of reference for price comparison.

The house is ~halfway up Signal Mountain in a lot that is on the inside of a switchback in the main road (Signal Mountain Rd, I think) up the mountain. Anyone coming or going from Signal Mtn. uses that road, so it gets a LOT of traffic. I don't know how late the traffic runs, but I think you would get some traffic both late and early in the day.
House in nice areas at the top of Signal Mountain are $200K+.
