I am looking for an office photocopier and printer which can be networked, and which can monitor and report on each user's usage.
We already have an old photocopier that handles PIN numbers, so we easily track users for that. But we wish to buy a new machine where we will also to be able to track printing in the same way, by user. Our Macs are used for hot desking, so it's not just a question of monitoring the work station, but also which user is logged in.
Anyone know of a good product? I am thinking in the £1,500 - £4,000 range.
Canon claim to be able to do this, but at the 11th hour they tried to charge £4,000 for the software, which is ludicrous.
