You would need the Xbox 360 VGA cables and a VGA to DVI cable or adapter. But it can be done.

Wait (if you can) for the newest XBOX Zephyr, and then use a HDMI to DVI converter.

You'd be better off just buying a new monitor (and selling the old one). A VGA to DVI adapter is $$$$$$$$$$$$$.

If you are going to get the VGA-DVI adapter, make sure you get a good brand (or one with good reviews). I got one from newegg, and there were cases of discoloring and ghosting...so I just stuck with the VGA cable, which worked just fine.

Yeah, the Gefen VGA --> DVI converter (which is supposed to be pretty good) costs $979.
It's unfortunate that the Cinema Displays don't offer any VGA support IMO. It's even more unfortunate that in 2007 they don't support HDCP either, but I suspect that's coming soon.
