My daughter has an M-Audio keyboard and just likes to fool around with it. Garageband is very memory intensive and way beyond her needs. Do you know of a simple software program whereby it would load fast and she can tinker with the keyboard. Thanks.

For just playing without any recording, try SimpleSynth. Loads quickly, has quite a lot of instruments.
