Safari 6.05 is now unable to load MacUpdate.com on my Mac in OSX 10.7.5. The only extensions I have are WOT, AdBlock, and 1Password. Not sure of any other changes to my Mac in a few months but Safari either loads MacUpdate very slowly (e.g. 2 minutes on my 57Mbps link) or doesn't load at all. Disabling extensions doesn't help either.
Is there any way to start Safari in "safe mode" or to reinstall without using Pacifist and the install disks? Thanks.

Chrome, Firefox, and Opera work fine, just Safari and the WebKit Nightly are slow or non-working on that site.
