I have over a hundred Macs with four Remote Desktop admins;
every Mac works great over a ARD session, except for the new Intel iMacs.
I can see the new intel iMac computer's localhost names & IPs, but according to ARD the NIC addresses are 000000000000.

Yet the machines are on the network, have internet, can connect to servers, etc... but ARD does not work at all. Zoinks!

I have v 3.1 admin. Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated! thanx

Mods, you can close this if you wish.

Contacted Apple;

com.apple.RemoteDesktopAgent.plist had to be deleted, ARD client re-installed, a new DNS name created, and a new IP assigned.

Just reinstalling the client and trashing the prefs wasn't enough.
