Is it possible to use the original Apple card from a 7200/200 with a 604 CPU in a 7500? If so do I have to add/remove any enabler, when using either OS 8.6 or 9?

Secondly will this behave like a 7300 and boot of a Norton CD?

TIA

I can't think of any reason why a 200mhz 604 shouldn't work in a 7500. It shouldn't require any extra software with any MacOS you'd choose to run. I wouldn't expect it to change it's behavior. The 7300 very likely has an updated ROM compared to a 7500. Putting in a faster processor card won't add features. It'll just make your seti times a good bit lower.

I am running a 604e 233Mhz card in my 7500 here at home with no problems at all! It works fine!
Go for it!
