Protest Warrior Mission Statement:

http://www.protestwarrior.com/mission.php

"War is an ugly thing but not the ugliest of things; the decayed and degraded state of moral and patriotic feelings which thinks that nothing is worth war is much worse. A man who has nothing for which he is willing to fight, nothing which is more important than his own personal safety, is a miserable creature and has no chance of being free unless made and kept so by the exertions of better men than himself."

-- John Stuart Mill

War IS an ugly thing, but as long as nations and leaders exist that detest freedom, sometimes it is the only way to secure a lasting peace. Most leftist anti-war protesters and pundits don't understand this. They state that this use of force is always unnecessary -- that war, ANY war, is never good. Some of them, born into the luxury of American freedom, believe that liberty can exist passively, that somehow the world's natural state will always settle into utopian harmony. Others, in an attempt to absolve themselves from the unearned guilt they harbor living in a nation of prosperity and wealth, try to buy morality on the cheap by pronouncing themselves for the 'good'. To them, the derivation of the 'good' is based on a simple, yet peculiar standard: the powerful and competent are wicked, while the feeble and impotent are innocent - regardless of the context. That is why they defend Iraq instead of America, and the Palestinian "resistance" instead of Israel.

These leftists usually carry the loudest megaphones. And left unchallenged, their voices are heard disproportionately, demoralizing our troops, and emboldening dictators around the world - dictators who dream of the day the "Great Satan" disappears from the face of the earth.

However, their self-righteous messages go silent quickly when the truth of history and reality is thrown back in their face. It's time to turn up the juice on OUR megaphones, as we will never keep our supreme values of liberty and justice without the will to fight for them.

I'm created a website with all the info I have there, with a .tk domain. As soon as I post it here, I ask all of you who support Kerry to tell as many people as you can about it so that they can have a fact database to back them up in a debate, and thus maybe help convince undecided voters.

It's a version of espionage. Why are spies so despised when discovered?

Why are there rules of war which mandate that warring factions wear their proper uniforms and not those of their opponent?

Recession started BEFORE Bush took office. He's had 4 YEARS to do something about it and hasn't. In fact, it has gotten WORSE every year. And you can't blame the war in Iraq for ALL of Bush's failings.

Was this the first time in history we had an attack or a recession? Why are we seeing record setting poor economic performance?

You must be drinkng some serious kool aid if you think that NOTHING the Bush administration done has caused our current economic climate.

Another serious problem is the freakin' HUGE and growing gap between the extreme wealthy and poor. In debate #3, Bush said the answer was to offer incentive for laid off workers to go back to school. Perfect! More debt racked up in tuition so that the worker can run out and get another $5/hour job!

Bush's big business-friendly policies have been contributing to this growing gap, as far as I can tell.

Actually the recession started in March 2001.
http://www.nber.org/cycles/november2001/recessnov.html

http://www.factcheck.org/article278.html
The ad by the pro-Bush group Progress for America Voter Fund claims the economy was already in a recession when Bush took office, but the National Bureau of Economic Research (which dates business cycles) says_the recession actually began_in March 2001, after Bush took office in January.
You like a victim of RNC talking points. I highly suggest you read through factcheck.org and see how Bush and Kerry both distort the facts. You will become much more educated and also will be able to spot the spin when you hear it, and not believe everything you say.

Well, it looks like we have INVOKE:
to call forth by incantation : conjure
And we have EVOKE:
to call forth or up: as a : conjure

Combine those two and you get 'envoke?'

Alright, let's go with that...

We mix in some booze and drugs (and with all those candles and the red-haired girl...there's GOT to be some sex and rock n roll involved!), we say a few magic incantations and we conjure up...

Ohhhh, I'm starting to feel Fuzzy...uh oh, this is not good...
OHMYGOD I'm 'envoking' another song...

A. Who said I was voting for Kerry?

B. No one puts a gun to your head and demands that you make crappy song-posts. Nor do they tell you to make rant based posts about how wonderful you are. Sorry but you totally deserve ALL the credit on this one.

To you, and your massively large ego.

BTW you never did get around to telling me all about the facts of life.

I find it funny that aberdeenwriter posted this a while back:

The Bush foriegn policy creates more terrorists each day.

The dangerous waters have to do with Bush's policies ALL ACROSS THE BOARD!

He's taking away our Constitutional rights and you don't even seem to care.

No one has lost their job over the botched job of protecting America from 9/11. There were warnings. John Ashcroft didn't want to hear anything about terrorism before 9/11.
And there's so much more...

That was back when he was masquerading as a liberal (who was miraculously transformed from conservativism) so that he could miraculously transform back into a conservative.

And there's so much more...
There's no shame in being ignorant, misguided, ill-informed or left-leaning.

The only shame is in doggedly remaining so in the face of overwhelming evidence that there's an evil man out there who wants nothing more than to do away with our system of government as well as every man, woman and child.

Once the US is "out of the way" he intends to turn on the rest of the free world.

I find it funny you can't see the threat.

I'm reminded of the joke on the political humor thread:

"A lot of folks are still demanding more evidence before they actually consider Iraq a threat. For example, France wants more evidence. And you know I'm thinking, the last time France wanted more evidence they rolled right through Paris with the German flag." David Letterman

What will it take for you to wake up to the seriousness of bin Laden and the wish-washy Kerry character traits that would make him ill-suited to deal with the bin Laden threat, Luca?

Hey, don't laugh! As a GEN-U-WINE swing voter, I was being SERIOUSLY courted by both sides! It made me EXAMINE my positions rather than just follow my knee-jerk reactions.

I woke up and got smart in time.

Oh, there are many evil doers out there. Saddam is just one of them. OBL is another. Speaking globally, we're in what's called a "target rich environment." Which is not to say they don't skitter and scatter and hide and pop up and then disappear.

Ohhhhh! You're referring to the "evil man" that the Bush administration has failed to apprehend and has claimed doesn't matter.
