Wow. If it were a huger screen, I'd so want that. Don't think I could work with 7". Especially when I think 20" is too small.

Sounds logic, I use it only as a media server otherwise 7" would be too small. But it works remarkebly well. It's very accurate and even Itunes playlists are easy to touch and choose

You need to upload it to teh intarweb.

May I suggest off the top of my head, http://www.imageshack.us/
It allows you to host an image and creates a thumbnail for you. Not sure if it's free or not.

Edit: Nevermind, LOL. You seem to have figured it out.

I'd post my set up but for some reason it says I "may not" post attachments. Don't know why...

You have to load the images elsewhere, not link the attachment.

There is no "browse" button to allow me to attach from my HD. I didn't try to link to the image. Apparently a mod or someone has to "turn on" my ability to do this.

You have to have the photo uploaded somewhere such as .Mac or an image-hosting website (not MacNN). Then you add code so that the image shows.

Certain forums don't have the bandwidth or space to allow Attachments. So they simply keep the option off. Try the link I posted above. Like right above your post actually.

Just got my new computer chair. Making due with the same small desk as seen earlier -- for now though I moved the mini to the top shelf and can now use the keyboard on the desk.

The 7 " touch screen replaces the mouse and with a virtual keyboard installed I don't need a keybpord either. Got 120 Gb of music on the minimate and the whole is connected to my amplifier. Works nice and even the lady of the house is impressed
Is that the Lilliput, or Xenarc touchscreen? The drivers work fine, including with sleep? Are you running 10.3 or 10.4?

I'm strongly considering a mini + touchscreen, but want to make the right choice!

yeah, those are i-trigues. they are decent speakers, get the job done. i'm not a big audiophile, but for the price they are good speakers.

i've lately been wanting a set of bose companion 3's. i bought the i-trigues when i had a different apartment and the computer was pretty isolated in its own room, however at my new loft the mini is also my stereo so i'm thinking of getting some better and more powerful speakers.

Is that a bluetooth mouse? What is the model? (even if it isn't BT) I'm looking to get one for my Mini and that looks pretty slick.

It's a Microsoft Standard Wireless Optical Mouse. And it's a crappy product that I cannot recommend. It sometimes seems to loose connection for fractions of a second to the proprietary base station (no BT), resulting in movement irritations. And it's quite heavy. I'll get another mouse in the near future.

It looks like a Microsoft mouse to me. If you don't need BT in particular, have a look at some of the recent Logitech RF mice .. mine works great, they're cheap, and the USB RF adapter has recently been shrunk from a giant corded thing with a big transmitter on the end to something that is more like a flash drive in size. (I have the one with the big honkin' transmitter on wire adapters).

Yah, we're running the wires through the wall next weekend. I probably should have waited until we finished to post the pic, but I was pretty excited about the TV. For right now, I have a small shelf attached underneath the TV that holds the mini, my ipod & allows the cable to hide behind it.

It's the reason why I wanted the Mini because of my HDTV...no it's not being used as a PVR...wish it could though...
