I have notinced that my iPhone is not checking my email accounts any more for new messages.
In the settings I have it on Fetch every hour. And under "Advance" I have the accounts on Fetch.... but evry time I go to the inbox, and I see the time that was "lAst time updated" it is not and hour ago...it the last time I open the inbox...
Any ideas ?
Thanks
PS: I have two accounts setup, a MobilMe account and a MS Exchange account

I have most of my e-mail accounts on Push and only one on Fetch. Every few days, the iPhone seems unable to receive Push e-mails or go get Fetch e-mails. When this happens, I re-boot the iPhone and e-mail delivery works as expected for another few days.
I read somewhere (could have even been here on MacNN) that a Store Genius had recommended to shut off an iPhone for at least 40 seconds every 24 hours.

Is anyone here having problems sending email? Every time I try to send, I get an error message that says "cannot send mail. the sender address is invalid." My email addresses are correct. I've tried resetting the phone, restoring it, manually re-entering the email accounts, etc...but nothing seems to work.

I wonder if this has been fixed with 2.2. I was having this problem when my phone wasn't connected to a power source, but when I had it charging overnight, it received messages just fine.
