I know there is a a project called centerstage, but it's just in the beginning stages of development.

I going to be attaching a powermac to my 67' HDTV. I'd like something similar to itunes that's fullscreen and will let me navigate with my keyspan remote... I'd also like something like this for my video clipss...

Any suggestions? I'm looking for a complete interface.

I made a touch-screen music jukebox in college that used iTunes as a backend. I've been considering open-souring the code.
