You could ask Apple to repair it, and they might. But keep this in mind: I had Apple replace the top bezel of my laptop because of some pitting that occurred. (It was going in for some other problem, and I figured, what the hey.) Anyway, it went in a keyboard that had never squeaked, and came back with a brand new keyboard with a squeaky spacebar.
So you could end up being without your machine for a few days just to get an equally squeaky keyboard. The good news is that the squeak went away in my case, so it might just fix itself.
