Hi...

Does anyone know of any encryption program(s) that have been redone for use specifically in OS X?

Many thanks,
Don

i'm interested in hearing about encryption too.

i want to back up my files...by uploading to a couple different places (idisk and my school's server)...is there any way to make a password-protected .zip file? or some other type of password protected group of compressed files?? (like an .img or something)

also, how about this one....can you make a password protected cd? so, i could backup to a cd, and then no one could look at anything on that cd without the password.

anyway to do this stuff with X?

thanks!!!

Use Apple's own DiskCopy application to make an encrypted disk image. Very elegant, and similar to the functionaility of PGPDisk under OS 9.

One of the best encryption programs for OS X. It's freeware.
