	My external serial 56k modem does not wake after sleep even though it usually works ok. It just does nothing when I try to connect, even though the menu bar utility says its dialing (for ever). I have to restart then its ok again. It sometimes starts working after a long wait. Does OS X have unresolved issues with the serial ports on g3 powermacs. Theres nothing on a google search or apple support on this problem. Would a 'serial to usb' cable resolve this sleep issue or just slow down the connection.
