I like many flavors... mint chip, cookie dough, hazelnut, and Haagen-Dazs' Dulce de Leche are all excellent. But my all-time favorite is coffee. I don't actually like coffee itself very much, just coffee-flavored things. Starbucks makes some excellent coffee ice cream, and when I was in Italy a few years ago I could never bring myself to order any type of gelato other than coffee because it was so good. MMMMMM  .

My favorites are banana, mint chocolate chip, and rice gelatto. Strawberry and raspberry sorbets are good too.
