hii
i want to buy a nokia 6680, but not before i know if there is any compatibility beetween 6680 and mac os x!
i want to import sms messages that are in my phone to my computer.. is there any good program for that for 6680 (uses symbian 60).. can someone help me, please?
what are the other compatibilities beetween n6680 and mac..

Hi,
First of all, your sig is way too large. 5 lines of text is what the admins have set, or 6 lines less than you have.
Unfortunately, not all Series 60 phones are supported in Tiger yet. I have the Nokia 6630 and I have to do it via my bluetooth-enabled pda for address book stuff. Hopefully, we'll get 100% coverage sometime soon.

what about saving sms messages?? can you do that on your 6630 to your mac??
there is pracitcaly no differences beetween 6630 and 6680, they use the same symbian, so 6680 should go if it works for you..
will change my sig.. sorry, didnt know that..

Just to confirm, the 6630 is pretty much non-functional with 10.4 at the moment. You can't synch it, and you can't send or receive SMS messages (using the Address Book or Blue Phone Elite). Pretty much all you can do is transfer things using Bluetooth. Yeah, the 6680 is pretty much identical to the 6630.
