Is there any way to keep .dmgs mounted after you log out and log back in? I'm fairly sure they used to stay mounted in 10.1.5 but now that functionality has gone. Any ideas?

10.1 did not do that, IIRC.

Your only chance is to put it in the login items. That'd be a pain in the ass. If you do it, turn off checksumming in Disk Copy, to speed it up a little.

My copy of 10.2 seems to keep disk images mounted when I restart.

Either that, or it's automatically remounting them at login...

Ticking sound coming from a .pkg package? Don't let the .bom go off! Inspect it first with Pacifist. Macworld - five mice!
