Hey people, I want to rip my Robot Chicken DVD into individual episodes. I use Mac the Ripper for ripping and HandBrake for converting, but all I've been able to do is to rip the DVD into a single movie. Any idea on how this is done ? Thx in advance .

I think you might want to look into Roxio's Popcorn, its not free, but it'll do what you need.

Own it and tried it already, but it says the DVD is encrypted and can't be ripped .

I'm pretty sure Handbrake can do what you want. Have you tried Handbrake first, without MTR?

I use MTR to rip the VIDEO_TS folder to my hard drive. I then use Handbrake to convert into individual episodes. (Make sure to label each episode properly, its such a pain sortnig mislabelled episodes later. )

MacTheRipper will rip it to a single movie, but Handbrake will allow you choose which chapters to encode (Popcorn will allow this also, btw). Put another way, the chapters relate to the episodes.

Also, Popcorn will not encode copyrighted content.
