I have seen the stories on getting OS X running on a 7300-9600. Does anyone know of any success for 7200-based macs and clones? My PowerComputing machine does well with a 325 mhz 1mb cache processor upgrade and an ATI Rage Pro card. Alas, it is worthless with the current OS X implementation, to my knowledge.

Have you tried to install it yourself yet? If you have HD space, give it a try. It is a learning experience. If you're wanting to play with OS X, attempting to install it is the best place to start. See http://homepage.mac.com/ryanrempel and http://members.optushome.com.au/jwiggins for ways of installing it on your machine (may work for 7200's).
