Is there any way to capture a Shockwave Flash stream and save it? For instance, I would like to save the video from here:

That file only paves the way for the rest of the content to be sent, but does nothing by itself. I managed to find what that loads, however. As long as I play it with Firefox, it works. Thanks for the advice.
