In my opinion, it's not nearly as good as Family Guy, but it's getting better every week. I definitely think that the fish's character is completely pointless.

Id agree with that, but it still has its moments. Family Guy has had more time to develop.

And yeah, the fish is a poor replacement for Brian.

It's getting there. It was created as replacement for Family Guy and it shows. I'm finding the alien more and more annoying and the fish is past the two good jokes he's worth. It won't be as timeless as Family Guy.

The alien is a knock off of Paul Lynde. A pretty good imitation. I think it has potential if they tweek it some and keep good writers there.

I remember watching the first episodes of AD after the Superbowl and it was awful! I was so disappointed! But, yeah, as others have said, it is getting better as the weeks go on. Don't have TV anymore so I'm out seeing any new ones and no longer have internet so I can't torrent them.

Guess I have to wait for the DVDs - hopefully, they come out sooner than later and I don't have to wait a year to see what I missed!

Anyone know why da Swim is getting American Dad episodes so quickly from Fox? They're not doing that with Family Guy, are they?

I've had some LOL moments watching AD, but yeah, not up to the standards of FG. The breast milk episode was great though.

I'm pretty sure that Adult Swim gets the new Family Guy episodes about a week later as well. I think the schedule is new American Dad on Thursday and new Family Guy on Friday.

The one after the superbowl was definantly terrible. The episodes have been getting much better IMO and I think it is better than some of the new Family Guy episodes. My favorite episode is "National Insecurity"

Actually, they are both new on Thursdays. Last night's FG was about Meg's makeover.

The episode after the Super Bowl had me hooked, and it's only gotten better from there. Roger the alien is one of my favourite characters on television right now.

I like American Dad, but not as much as Family Guy and Futurama. I really wish they'd stat new episodes of Futurama

The Venture Bros. is my favorite Adult Swim show. I can't wait for the new season. Its far and away Putty is the perfect Brock Samson. The show is brilliant!

Well at least they're bringing direct to DVD movies of Furturama, just no ETA yet.
