Are you CRAZY?!?!!!

I would never attack my Mac. The thought appalls me!

Now if I had a PeeCee on the other hand...
I could take Sean Connery in a fight... I could definitely take him.

I make sweet sweet love to my Mac. I attack her with loving caresses and soft clicks. I give her a sponge bath every night. I gaze lovingly into her bright eye. I turn her on as much as possible.

I was inches away from throwing my PC out the window one night when it was giving me crap.

I was even closer to smashin my HP Photostupid 1115 into a billion pices. It messed with my mac. I swear I was just millimeters away from smashing it to hell and mailing it back to HP. I really was.

No one messes with my mac. No one.

I kicked my PC once when it acted up. made this horrible grating sound like somebody crunching the gears in a car.
I also got some funny looks from my neighbours after that. (they heard my screaming and swearing throught the walls, i think i warped their kids 'fragile little minds' or something.)

My roommate has an eMachine. We kick the living **** out of it all the time. It just randomly shuts off or makes terrible noises. She just gives it a swift kick in the side. Sometimes it works, sometimes it won't turn on for days. It's a good laugh though.

Never given my macs a beatin', though they do get an earful from me from time to time. Usually happens when I'm playing Medal of Honor or some such shoot 'em up, although technically my verbal tirades are directed more at the jackass who just killed me.

I've broken a few PC keyboards before.

My 486 had a bad CPU socket (it wasn't the ZIF kind), so the CPU kept coming un-seated. Every once in a while, the machine would hang. A swift strike (with closed fist) to the side of the case would reseat the CPU and un-freeze the machine (funny, the thing would pick up right where it left off).

I had a rather flaky K6 PC at work which I had nicknamed "bitch". People sometimes thought I was screaming and swearing at a woman............................

The temptation is sometimes there with my B/W G3 right next to my legs under my desk, but that never satisfies me.

The B/W G3s at my school, however, are another story. The people running them messed them up so badly, there was a few weeks where I hit mine at least once a day. Last week I chucked the hockeypuck at the wall out of frustration. Now THAT was satisfying.

HAHAHA that's hilarious!

When I was working tech support in my high school (all crappy PC's), I was in the lab and saw one of the kids there get really frustrated and smack the side of the monitor. So I run up to him,

Me: "Hey, what are you doing?!"
Kid: "Uh,"
Me: "No no, don't hit the monitor, it's not the problem. Hit the CPU!" *SMACK!* *SMACK!"

Fyre4ce

Let it burn.

My friend Kate has a Cyrix 233 old as dirt with Windows 95 on it. I attempted to istall some CD-RW drive she bought for cheap. Now, when this computer attempts to load some webpages it freezes.

Within 15 minutes it had frozen like 3 times, I kicked it, she yelled at me, and I was done... hehe

Back in the 10.0.X days I would slam my mouse down in fits of rage when simple activities would bring up the SBOD, but I would never tap my G4 tower, its way to expensive...

I almost forgot. In school there was this PI 233 that always acted up. Every once in a while it would hang for a few secods. It was very frustrating when you need to get something done.

My friend was working on something important one day and it hung, so he SLAMED the crap out of it. Dented that POS pretty good. It shutdown and did not come back up again. Blew the power supply, had to replace it..

Back before I found the joys of Macs and other non-windows things, I hit and threw things at my PC, and threw the mouse at the wall.

I've never hit a Mac, or an Amiga or Sun machine, though I've stood on suns before, the cases are very robust

The worst thing I've done to a Mac was really screwing up the internal inspection of a PB520, not only did I break the tabs that fix the middle section at the bottom of the screen in place, but I also held it upside down and shook it to remove dust and dropped screws, but the floppy was still plugged in, it fell out and broke the ribbon cable...
Secret

4 Macs, 6 Amigas, 3 SparcStations, an Atari ST, an Acorn, and N+1 PCs.

I'm such a geek.
