hi

I have several seperate layers in one of my .psd files

I want to move all the layers (objects) down a bit - but all at the same time

how can I do this without flattening the image?

rich (ps - im using photoshop 7.0
PowerMac G5 Dual 1.8GZ, 2GB RAM, 150 & 300 GB Internal Hard Drives, AGP Geoforce 5200 64MB Graphics Card, Superdrive.

command click each layer then either move with the arrows keys or your mouse.

Assuming you're using CS3, CS4 or CS5 you should consider grouping your layers.



Just select all of the layers you want to group, and follow the above. It will throw all of them in a group you can expand or collapse. You can toggle the visibility and if you want to move the entire group, just select the folder as the active layer (which is really all of the layers contained within.) Everything in it will move in lockstep.
