iPhoto refusing to add jpg to the library

	Hi, I am trying to add bunch of .jpg files to iPhoto and it keeps complaining about the file format. I used Canon's s/w to convert RAW to JPG. This worked in the past but now suddenly this doesnt seem to work. My friend is able to add this same picture in his iPhoto - dont understand this at all.... Any help? TIA Mahesh
