Do you like to repair permissions? A lot? Have you noticed how the process seems to take longer and longer each time a new version of OS X comes out? Well, this program is an answer to all that. RepairPermissionsOptimizer optimizes your Repair Permissions so that it will run faster.

Please be patient, as the process may take a few minutes.

Ticking sound coming from a .pkg package? Don't let the .bom go off! Inspect it first with Pacifist. Macworld - five mice!

(Assuming it's April 1st in everyone's time zone by now...)

I'm at work now so I can't try it out, but let me guess... it pops up a dialog saying "You don't need to repair permissions, stupid"?

Or for realsies, maybe it deletes all your /Library/Receipts?

It comes up with a window and when you click "Optimize" it comes up with a dialog that has a progress bar as it optimizes repair permissions.

It took a few minutes to run. But I have a Octo Mac Pro. It might take longer on other machines.
