Does anybody know of an application apart from inDesignCS that can open Quark documents?

I would like to just covert a load of old Quark docs even just to PDF although editable would be nice? Are there any little apps out there?

No. And InDesign only will open Quark v4 and v3 files. On the PC side I seem to remember a Quark to Pagemaker converter, but that was ages ago.

Hi Y'all,

Other than ID and PM I do not know any other. But I find myself opening my old quark files and using ID instead.

I wonder if this would work ? Send the Quark doc to 'print'. Then in the print dialogue box, send your doc to 'postscript file' and save. Import into Distiller and convert to PDF.

What application do you send it to "print"? You would need Quark for this to work.
