Its very cool, I don't have any games yet and the instructions are in Japanese.
Does anyone know if it will work with my Mac or if I can download english instructions.
Why would Sony ship it without a game?

Sometimes and somedays many times, I wish sun would shine through my console so I can get a tan as well while I play gt4 endlessly, but that is not going to happen anytime soon I can be sure of that.

I'm sure you took a few hundred photos of you opening the box?
- This is me touching to box for the first time
- This is me undoing the latch on the box as I'm opening it
- This is me opening the box
- This is me touching the plastic on the inside
have fun!

I suggest NOT using this app.
Screwed up the icon of my Memory Stick - I had to use Terminal to fix it.
Launches, but does NOTHING.
About box doesn't even work.
File menu doesn't work.

To keep the cost down. You can easily pick up your own game rather than have to like the one it comes with.

has any console ever come with a game, except for special bundle deals here and there? I don't see the point of it... as SWG said, there's a good chance you won't like the bundled game, anyway, so why bother?

I think back in the 8 and 16 bit era they did. Nintendo usually came with a Mario.
Now they do come with 1 or 2 games but only after they have been on the market for over a year as the sales for the hardware go down then.

I got my NES with Mario and Duck Hunt, the original Game Boy with Tetris, my SNES in with Super Mario World, my Genesis with Sonic, and Columns with my Game Gear.

Mine didn't come with any disk at all, it should at least come with a disk of demo games. Apparently the Value pack I got should come with a movie preview disk but it wasn't in the Box, probably removed in the shop.
I don't care, I got a cab on saturday night to the computer market and picked up "Need for Speed" its in Japapanese but still very playable.
Hopefully after the US/UK release I will be able to get some games in English. The Idea of playing Metal Gear in Japanese is not appealing.
