thoughts on the new album's sound? i guess it's a huge concept album about 2022, called Year Zero, with a supernatural phenomenon called "The Presence" and a drug-filled water supply

Sounds like a total rip-off of 2112. Aren't there any new ideas anymore? Tell 'em Doofy- it all comes back to Rush.

What is up with finding these things on USB drives? Is this some sort of viral promo or something?

Anyone notice what happens when the CD gets warm? This is why I don't buy whole albums on the iTMS.

G4ME,
That's what the CD looks like after it has heated up from playing a while. Also, the binary on the label is an address to yet another website that follows the whole story line.

I just listened to the CD tonight at a friends house. I think it's really good and I'll be buying it tomorrow.

I listened to most of it this morning. I like it a lot. What's the URL for the web site? It's too early in the morning to start decoding binary

Heh, that color changing CD caught me a bit off guard. After I ripped it to my work computer I ejected the disc and just glanced at it. First thought was "OMG the ink on the disc just chipped off and its now all up in my optical drive!" That crazy Trent.

Wasn't too impressed at my first listen but it's starting to become better and better. It's a grower and that's usually a good thing.
