i like this, and...here's my 2cents:

i like the "blue" version (orange actually).
wish menus were more translucent.

safari looks good, as does itunes..!
wish finder windows (column view) were darker, closer to the sidebar color.
wait... finder windows have curved sides? weird, not feeling that at all...

haven't checked the adobe apps...always a problem with dark themes (sigh).

anyway... with some concerns...

L O V E this theme. I haven't experienced any of the problems normally associated with dark themes using v23.

I don't know if it's possible for dark themes to be "subtle", but I've found while working with it applied, that I can concentrate on my work, rather than being constantly distracted by the theme. - If I had more, I'd give 'em.

your update fixed the window weirdness.
gonna use this theme, will report back if any other anomolies!

meanwhile, wishful thinking:

the "blue" variant fully working (i like the orange with the black)
and...more translucent menus...

either way, thanks for this!

Something I always liked about your previous iterations of v23 and the white version of v23 were the apple and spotlight menu icons. They are original and give the theme and very signature look.
