Yes, that's the proper type of memory. Maybe google Corsair Value Select and Mac Mini C2D to see if people have enjoyed the use of this memory in their machines.

I've been quite happy with Corsair's products-I upgraded my iMac to 2GB using their products (until I found a sale on 2X2GB RAM ), and it was great.

I thought the minis only went to a maximum of 2 gigs...
Crucial lists a 2 gig kit for the C2D mini with a matched pair of one gig chips.

You can get a maximum of 3GB by installing two 2GB sticks, but since it doesn't recognize the final Gig, most don't bother to install that much.
