Apple has officially launched another verified Twitter account for interaction with its users. Similiar to its Apple Music Twitter Account, the new Apple Support account describes itself as a venue to "provide tips, tricks, and helpful information when you need it most," and "if you have a question, well -- we're here to help with that too."
It is unclear what level of support will be
provided by the account, as responses are limited to 140 characters. The account will likely share support links to users with questions, and direct some to local Apple Store Genius Bars, and AppleCare support phone numbers. It is currently providing a quick tip on how to change a list into a checklist in Notes on iOS.
