That can't be windows.

If it is windows, why is this the first screenshot I've seen with good antialiasing? If windows can actually subpixel antialias why does everyone turn it off?!

Its a PC, i my self MODDED PM2K5 for personal use.. i made VS and also an OB Theme for Personal use only...and it's NOT for release.

PS:Thanks for who ever deleted my SS...

That is the standard OS X dock. All that is odd about it is that the icons are customised either thru Candybar or ShapeShifter 2.0, the background is transparent and the arrows are a different color, probably both done with Cleardock by Unsanity, and it has "dock separators" in it (icons that are put there purely to seperate your dock into categories).

Not to be picky but without PM2k5 being released or even slightly circulating, that is not a mod. I appreciate your bluntly stating that its not for release; I would expect no less from anyone with any hint of integrity but its really in poor taste to post recreated work which is yet to even be released.

the moof icon is the finder icon from the puft set and the app is ipulse

If I remember correctly, below a certain icon size the Puft moof was a simple 2D icon as seen in Apple's Page Setup orientation.

The dock icons are from netghost's glitchhdock icons, you can get them Here
there's also an Adium Dock Icon to go with the icon set
