Hello everyone. After awhile with Apple Tech Support on the phone, i FINALLY have my sound quality issue resolved! They isolated the problem to the fact that the plug on the speakers is not aligned the same as the internal ones basically. Now, my sound is perfect when the plug is slightly out instead of plugged all the way in. So, basically for all of you who are having problems with this, pull the sound plug all the way out while playing a song, and sloooowly push it in until you have optimal sound. This still doesn't explain why the sound was fine in 9 though... hmm.... oh well, it works now. Now I need to find a rubber washer or something to hold the plug in it's current position. Once again, Apple Tech Support comes through for me, THANKS!!!
