When trying to connect to my ftp site in the Finder, it will totally lock up the Finder. I had to force quit the Finder twice before I regained control of the new dual 867. On my cube, trying to connect totally froze my Mac, which is the first time EVER, OS X has froze on me since I started using it.
Also, on my cube, I could not get the Help to work, spinning beach ball. I force quit and then logged off and on with another account and then help worked. Logged back into my other account and it would SBOD. So far I am not happy with 10.2 in this regard.
