I just got a new PowerBook on Saturday. What a sweet rig, but that's a different story. I can't get iSync to see my Palm LifeDrive. I've run the set ups of both iSync and the PalmOne CD. When I run iSync and tell it to scan for devices, it never finds it.

Any suggestions?

For reference, the iSync set up leaves the enable iSync option unchecked. Once that is checked, it shows up in iSync immediately.

Doing an iSync scan for new devices will never show your Palm device. Just make sure that the iSync Palm Conduits are installed or if you're running 10.4, choose "Enable Palm OS Syncing..." in the iSync "Devices" menu.
