If you Quit out of Stickies, and then relaunch Stickies, does it remember the positions?

If so, I can't see how or why it would forget them on reboot.

Are you quiting Stickies before reboot?

Thanks for the reply. When rebooting I don't specifically close stickies, just click on reboot.I'll just did a save all, then closed stickies and then opened stickes.Same thing, the stickies don't goto the locations where I have saved them.

In System Preferences, go to Accounts, click on the Options tab, and select Login Items. Select the Stickies and it should start up each time you Boot or Login. (sorry if these directions are sloppy, but at work on my crappy Dell, hopefully someone will correct me if I'm wrong).

I tried what you described:
-Making a Sticky Note, place it somewhere on the screen, quit the application, restart the app: same place.
-Making a Sticky Note, place it somewhere on the screen, log out, log in: same place
-Making a Sticky Note, place it somewhere on the screen, restart Mac: same place

Panther 10.3.2 up-to-date, so I guess it's either something else screwing up or some permission thing.
