***DRUM*ROLL***

And now Ladies and Gentlemen, please welcome the newest member of the exclusive "G Club"...

BOCKIE!!!

That's right everyone, I've finally broken the four digit barrier!

And for anyone else keeping score:
000-100 WUs -- 197 days
101-200 WUs -- 49 days
201-300 WUs -- 32 days
301-400 WUs -- 17 days
401-500 WUs -- 44 days
501-600 WUs -- 31 days
601-700 WUs -- 18 days
701-800 WUs -- 25 days
801-900 WUs -- 29 days
901-1000 WUs -- 34 days

My times will significantly slow for two reasons 1)Summer is approaching and the electricity bill will soon be on the rise. 2)I will be running RC5 instead of SETI during down times so that I will not be in last place on the team.

250

I'm trying to get my new athlon - 900MHz (overclocked to 1GHz) to work, but neither linux nor windows wants to run on it.
Hopefully it will be up and crunching this weekend though.

G3 400, 384, 12 + 75 GB
PM 8500 - 150, 48, 1 GB
PM 7100 - 66, 32, 700 MB

300 (doesn't show it, but I'm going to dump my units soon).

That Athlon 1GHz is being useful.
The only thing it does is crunch SETI.
Only 11 days to crunch 50 units isn't bad.

------------------
G3 400, 384, 12 + 75 GB
PM 8500 - 150, 176, 4.3 GB
PM 7100 - 66, 32, 700 MB
PM 6100 - 66, 40, 1 GB
And the lowest of all:
Athlon Thunderbird 954MHz, 128, 8GB

350.
But now that school is out, the comps will be in use all day, dropping my crunch rate.

no cookies/java today for me..

hey Scott, it looks like SETI changed the server name for all stats... from "setiathome" to "iosef" for all stats."

I must be doing something wrong because it takes my G4/466 384MB 20-22 hours to crunch one unit. Any suggestions? I just passed the 100 unit mark a couple of days ago. So yeah for all uninformed dorks like me!

450 finally. My mom turned off all my comps for a week while I was on vacation, which wasn't a good thing.

That time is a bit slow, but I'd need more details to find out why it is so slow.
Make a new thread asking about it.

If no one has any objections, I'd like to redo this thread so that there is less of the excess stuff.
Is that ok?

If by "clean up the thread" so it has less frivolous stuff, you mean deleting a bunch of posts, then I object. Deleting a bunch of posts is not a good idea anyway, and we have so few posts in this Forum anyway.

Please don't. Open a new thread instead, we need more threads too.

Please don't delete posts! If you have to, lock the thread and duplicate the "worthwhile" posts in a second thread...We need all the posts/threads/traffic we can get!

Approaching 7000 mark.

At least FireWire in the #5 spot has little to fear for me, since I'm now running mostly on iMacs and not G4s, and my average time has dropped from 8.5 hrs to over 11...

Everyone else-- top 20, at least-- should remember that digitaldoug has been inactive for many months..

Anyway-- remember that electricity is going to be in short supply in heavily-populated areas this summer, so do your part! S@H is great, but avoiding blackouts is better!
