Hi, I will soon get my PB 17" (base config. with 512MB), where can I find "problem free" 512 MB mem to raise it at 1 Gig, at a good price, in Canada.

I bought memory from storeos.com
They sell micron memory which is the same as crucial.
It cost 200 CAD which i think is a decent deal. and they sell crumpler bags too! I think the guy is based out of oakville and does free deliveries

I have dealt with 1 Click 2 Computers twice now, and they have all sorts of Apple upgrade stuff... including RAM for Powerbooks. You just really have to hunt to make sure you're ordering the right thing. They stock a LOT of products. I ordered 512 for a 12" Powerbook. One day delivery, no problems.

They're at

Thanks guys, it seems to be between 200-210$CAN for branded memory everywhere I looked, if anyone knows a better deal than that (I mean, not generic since the PB's seem to be picky on memory, and from a canadian website).
