Windoze CDs showing in Disk Util, not mounting

Anyone know how to get CDs burned with EZ CD Creator in Windows to mount on OS X? Disk Util says there's a CD in there, but it never mounts. If I put the same CD into a Windoze box, it does mount.
This guy has a Dual G5/2ghz, 10.3.2. Halp!

Might have been. When I put it into a Windoze box it comes right up. It's not compressed or any other weird method.

is it just this particular cd that doesnt show up?
because under finder/preferences, you can check on and off items to show on the desktop such as hard disks, cds, connected servers...

Only this one. Dozens of others work. All EZ CD Creator CDs do not show up
