OK this seems to be something Apple did not think about (or I'm just too stupid to find it). It's quite simple im MS Word tho.

For some of my papers, I need to include a front page without a header. From the second page though, the header needs to contain my name and the page number, starting with 2. I can't find a way to get that done in Pages, can anybody help?

It's in Inspector - Layout

Can you be more specific? Sorry, I've been trying to figure this thing out.

Inspector - Layout (second button from the left) - Section - First page is different
"Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in one
pretty and well preserved piece, but to skid across the line broadside,
thoroughly used up, worn out, leaking oil, shouting GERONIMO!"
