QFX files - how to import into Quicken?

	For the first time I downloaded a statement from my retirement fund at work but... it seemed to be saved as QFX file. when I launched Quicken 2004 and tried to import it the application tried to connect to the 'financial institution' and gave me a message that Quicken is 'unable to connect at this time.' I've never worked with QFX files. When I download my bank's QIF file I used QIFMaster to clean it up for Quicken. What do I do? Thanks.
