Rick Perry (energy secretary) is OUT (sometime before end of year).
Reportedly Perry pushed to set up the Ukraine call, for Trump to discuss energy (oil/gas) matters with Ukraine. Instead of energy negotiations, we got an impeachment investigation. I'm thinking Perry doesn't want to be thrown under the bus.

Or maybe he is hoping that the bus comes to a stop after mowing down a lot of others people who are lined up before him.

For a break from the firings (and other drama), there is one Trump admin that I hope Biden will keep.
Jim Bridenstine is administrator of NASA. I've been impressed with his handling of NASA, how he's pushed in Congress for funding, and avoided partisan positions. He's pursued our moon plans, and continued support for commercial space.
Admittedly his position isn't a Cabinet chair. But it is confirmed by the Senate (by party-line vote in 2017). Since then, I've been pleasantly surprised.

He wasn't on my radar, which, all things considered, is probably a good thing.
You wrote that he avoided partisan positions. It seems that a lot of the scientific consensus seems to be interpreted as partisan in the US these days. How did he avoid getting his head chopped off by Trump?

Space Force.
Looking at the title of this thread, its the UK that now has the Cabinet of Deplorables. They really are a bunch of useless, awful, worthless scumbags. Every last one of them.

I have plenty of more important things to do, if only I could bring myself to do them....
