How about:

Smelly Cat or Insanely Black

Or put them together and get:
Insanely Black Smelly Cat

Or how about "KIT"? You know, the black Trans Am from the TV show "Night Rider"

I have narrowed it down, the two that I like the most are Othello and Shaft. Shaft is especially cool because of the two meanings, Shaft the man was a cool black "cat" and Shaft the cat might be "cool" in addition to being a cat. I really think its great that so many people have responded to this thread.
