I am about to put a new G3 processor in my PowerCenter Pro 210. Can I take the PC Pro 210's old processor and put it into my Power Mac 7500/100?
Also, are the ram chips for these two computers interchangeable?

Yes, and yes.

Both use identical processor daughtercards and 168-pin DIMMs.
