just got the battery replaced. ill email you pictures if you want, but its just a used 20gig 3rd gen ipod. comes with the ipod, a firewire cable, and the box (youre on your own with the earphones, etc). the battery was just replaced by best buy, holds a charge of about 5-6 hours now.
