I did it! I went to the Apple store yesterday and walked out with my brand new G4 12" iBook. Is it possible to be in love with a machine? I opened the box, turned it on, and it was smooth sailing. Airport recognized my wireless signal immediately, and all my programs seem to run flawlessly. Thanks to everyone on board here as well as Apple.com who helped with my decision making process -- you're the best!

Now....I need a bit of assistance in setting up the Mail server. I have America Online on my PC, but I don't want to install the AOL software on my iBook (it's so buggy.) I would like to use Mail to access my AOL email, but I'm not sure what I need to do. Is there anyone here who has set up their AOL account on Mail?

Thanks!
~Melissa

I found that, but I'm not sure if it works or not.

Step One... quit AOL
Step Two... pick anything non-AOL
